We are looking for someone confident on Computer hardware / software / application / network / printer / router to undertake swap outs of IT services.

Duties:

You have to attend field service calls on the hardware / software troubleshooting, fault finding, installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance of computer systems and associated infrastructure.

Identify hardware and software problems by analyzing symptoms, performing tests, and using diagnostic tools to determine the root cause of issues.

Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software applications. Detect and remove viruses, malware, and other malicious software from infected computers. Install and configure antivirus software to prevent future infections.

Maintain reports on repair activities and statistics.

Skills and Qualification:

Should be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent vocational qualification in relevant field, or if not a degree holder, should be able to demonstrate relevant equivalent experience or industry certification.

Familiarity with hardware components and computer architecture. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to resolve hardware, software, and network problems.

The ideal engineer will have experience of quickly and effectively troubleshooting issues involving:

Repair or replace faulty hardware components such as motherboards, hard drives, memory modules, graphics cards, power supplies, and peripherals. Upgrade hardware components to improve performance or meet customer requirements.

Maintain detailed records of repairs, including problem descriptions, solutions applied, and parts used. Generate reports on repair activities and statistics.

We are recruiting for a PCB, IC level or Electronics Repair Technician. The role involves fault find and repair of Printed Circuit Boards and ICs right down to component level.

Duties:

• Test, diagnose and repair printed circuit board assemblies to component level.
• Identify through testing the root cause components related to the fault.
• Soldering, reworking and replacement of all necessary components to affect the repair.
• Use of various technologies available to aid repair.
• Return product to customers upon repair highlighted accordingly.
• Any other reasonable technical duties.

Skills and Qualification:

• Ideally you will hold HNC or have relevant experience.
• You must have previous working knowledge of electronics sector.
• Able to fault find down to component level.
• Experience with electronic Test equipment.
• Good ability for fault finding and experience working in a test and repair environment

We are recruiting for a Android / Smart Phones, Apple phones Repair Technician. The role involves fault find and repair of the phone including, LCD, battery, componenet replacement and PCB repair.

Duties:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mobile phone issues by iIdentifying through testing the root cause components related to the fault.
• Soldering, reworking, repairing mobile phone components and replacement of all necessary components to affect the repair.
• Skillfully repair or replace damaged parts, including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and buttons.
• Maintaining repair equipment: Keep tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained to facilitate efficient repairs.
• Staying updated on mobile phone technology
