The role has responsibility for overseeing the daily sales operations of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Managing all procurement transactions, including the administration of orders, deliveries, logistics, and complaints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervising and coordinating sales activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing and maintaining relationships with the sales team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acting as a key contact point for internal and external customers, building strong and effective business relationships across all markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying opportunities for sales improvement and business growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working collaboratively with colleagues and teams across different areas of the business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing support and direction to staff and implementing improvement strategies to promote the business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organising and controlling the flow of goods and supervising staff duties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills and Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Educated to degree level or holding an equivalent vocational qualification in sales support, marketing, or another relevant field; alternatively, able to demonstrate equivalent relevant experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with colleagues and external organisations at all levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive communicator with the ability to build strong business relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrable leadership experience, with the ability to innovate, plan, and implement organisational change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working Hours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shift Pattern: 09:00 am \u2013 06:00 pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Business Opening Hours:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monday to Saturday: 09:00 am \u2013 06:00 pm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sunday: 10:00 am \u2013 04:00 pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application Status: CLOSED \u2013 Position Filled<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sales Supervisor(Position Filled) Status: This vacancy has now been fulfilled and is no longer accepting applications.
