Delivery Policy

If an order is received by 4:00 PM GMT | BST, we ship it out that day. The estimated delivery timeframes do not include weekends and holidays. Over the weekend-placed orders for refurbished phones and parts will be delivered on Monday.
In the odd case of a delivery delay, we will get in touch with you to let you know more. At the time of purchase, we'll confirm the anticipated delivery date for your product. We currently only ship to the UK.

Once your item has been shipped, we'll send you an email with your tracking information and a link to our carrier's website.

Please get in touch with us if your order doesn't come by the scheduled delivery date, and we'll be happy to look into it.

We will email you if any of the items in your purchase are out of stock. If you haven't received an email from us, kindly get in touch with us, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Please get in touch with us if you receive an item that is different from what you purchased, and we'll refund both the item and the delivery charge. Providing the object is still in its original state.

If you need to make any changes to your order after it has been placed, we are currently unable to do so. However, you might be able to change your mind and place a new order. If you want to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as you can. We'll do everything we can to help.
