Once the order has been finalized, you may read the order information in the order
confirmation email received by TEKKYS
To view all orders filtered by date, go to the "My account" section. To examine the
details of the most recent order and track its progress, click on it.
If the refurbished phone order has not been shipped out yet, it can be canceled.

Our warranty covers manufacturing-related defects in refurbished phones and
accessories for a period of 12 months.
In this warranty, defective phones are fixed and replaced for free, and accessories
are replaced with brand new ones.
The refurbished phone and its accessories must be included in the returned shipment
and not damaged, according to the 30-day return policy of TEKKYS. We will not accept
your return request if any items are missing or damaged
After we receive all the items in the returned package, refunds are made back to the
original payment method:
- If you purchased with PayPal, your reimbursements will appear in your account
right away.
- If you paid with PayPal Credit or Klarna, the refund is issued to the respective
method.
- If you paid with a bank account, refunds normally appear on your bank statement
within 3-5 business days.
After the order has been submitted, the address cannot be changed.
Before the order is shipped out, the delivery date can be modified. To reschedule
your delivery, please contact our London office.
The TEKKYS warranty offers free smartphone repairs. In one of the following
situations, the warranty may be void:
1. Damage caused by carelessness or misuse.
2. The device was opened/repaired by someone who wasn't a TEKKYS expert.
3. The device's 12-month warranty has expired.
If the phone's fault is determined to be irreversible by TEKKYS repair specialists,
the phone is replaced with a brand-new device of the same brand and model.
